It is provided by the Division of e-Learning Innovation, within Michael G DeGroote School of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University, Canada. All users of machealth community tools (e.g. discussion forums) must act in accordance with all privacy legislation pertaining to personal health information. machealth and its affiliates will not be responsible for any action by any user that is not in accordance with privacy of personal health information legislation.

Your registration with machealth.ca enables us to meet accreditation and credentialing standards for continuing health education, and enables you to save your progress and a record of learning activities. We will not share personal information gathered on this Web site with any other parties. It is our intention to protect against improper use of your personal information. Accordingly, the Division of e-Learning Innovation has provided safeguards for the protection and storage of the personal information you have provided. Access to your registration information is limited exclusively to people required to process your registration.
The information gathered during your activities on machealth may be grouped with other people's information so that we can make decisions about how to improve machealth for other users. Your information may be used for research purposes, e.g. used in validating the effectiveness of a learning program, and under all circumstances will remain anonymous.
